A Checkout/Move-out Report is a detailed document which records any changes or dilapidations that have occurred during the tenancy. All items, fixtures & fittings are thoroughly inspected, including any cleanliness issues and possible damaged, replacement or missing items. This includes rephotographing every item and surface to allow for a visual comparison with the previous inventory. Key aspects of the Check-out report include maintenance concerns, landlord recommendations and highlighted dilapidations. This allows for the deposit to be easily apportioned accordingly.
